Teamed up with a Berlin-based creative powerhouse Monomango, I developed a set of visual performance kit for Nike’s Air Max 180 BLN shoe launch event.
My challenge was to translate the design language used on the shoe into real-time visuals. Following the color scheme and line patterns of the shoe strictly, the initial creative limit resulted as cohesive and diverse visuals.
The event happened in special underground dance floor built at Musikbrauerei on Friday 22 March.
I played the visuals all night on the two facing extensive LED screens together with DJ sets performed by Keinemusik collective.
